• Must be Licensed Civil Engineer
• Preferably with 2-3 years experience managing horizontal projects such as roads and bridges
• Ability to work under pressure, yet achieve maximum efficiency
• Must possess an unquestionable integrity
• Strong leadership and organization skills
• Good communication skills both written and oral
• Knowledgeable  in computer applications (e.g word and excel)
• Willing to be deployed at project sites
